Reasons to join our upbeat group of dancing ladies next Monday morning:
You don’t need to be a professional to be a dancer. Anyone can dance and enjoy the endless benefit of moving their bodies. You don’t need to make fancy moves, just be yourself: jump, spin, smile!
Not only does it feel good to the soul, dancing also has some major health perks. Research shows dancing can improve your mental health by boosting your overall happiness. Like any good, low-impact cardio workout, dancing can improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, strengthen bones and muscles and stave off illnesses.
How does it work?
We meet on zoom every Monday mornings at 9.45AM ET sharp.
After you sign up, Manon (Bonjour Delight founder and organizer of the Monday mornings zoom dance) will send you a link to the next zoom meeting and the title of the song for the next dance party.
At 9.45AM all the ladies meet on Zoom, camera ON and sound OFF. Everyone has the song ready on their own devices (so you can put is as loud as you want, your neighbors will thank you :-)) and start it at the same time.
We shake it off together, giving all our energy during the whole song and wave goodbye with a smile once the song is over. Be ready to sweat! You are ready to start the week on an upbeat note.
Bonjour Delight Monday Mornings zoom dance are FREE. We are not selling you anything, there are no string attached (you can come once or every Monday). The goal is to move, feel good and have fun together.
